A Little More About Me...

First of all, thank you so much for being here with me! I am so thankful to be able to do what I love, especially because I've seen it help and transform so many people, their circumstances, and led them to more fulfilling lives.

I love to sing and dance, even when my full-on performances only take place in my kitchen! I have two bachelor's degrees pertaining to the human body and experience: one in biology, one in nursing.

I'm a September Virgo committed to living an authentic life, intentional with empowering others to live their most authentic lives.

I think relationships are among the most important things in life — which includes our relationships with ourselves, and I believe we all have the power to exact change right from where we are: with ourselves!

Areas of Sensitivity

Sometimes it's hard to sit still — especially with ourselves! It can be even harder to do the work that allows us to support our subconscious systems, which often prevents us from operating at our full potential.

It is common for trauma survivors to experience disassociation from the body, but somatic work helps rebuild the relationship and trust one has in herself.

I am committed to providing a safe space for my clients and friends on their wellness journey regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, class, or other demographic particulars.

Reasons I Practice

Breathwork is accessible to anyone, anytime, any place. â€‹

In the age of endless trips to the pharmacy, multitudes of prescriptions, adverse experiences with medications, this method of calming the nervous systems require none of these additional stressors. It gets materials even closer than in your back pocket — within you.

It is effortless yet infinitely powerful, and people leave my studio with renewed commitments to self-care..

When requested, I send follow-ups and check-ins to clients so I can encourage implementation of techniques we learn in-session in every day life.

It has roots in many ancient traditions and cultures and has been a proven beneficial practice for thousands of years.

Since its inception in India and China, breathwork is still practiced widely in spiritual and traditional medical practices — now gaining momentum in the west for it's holistic benefits.

Effects can be immediately felt as more space in the body and mind.

Taking time to intentionally engage with the self in this way is the most direct connection to the self. It provides the spiritual connection we miss in day-to-day life.

it initiates connection with your higher self -- your innermost self -- the self that is constant, unchanging, and true.
