About Bree

Hi, I’m Brianna Dunk—registered nurse, certified yoga teacher, and somatic breathwork facilitator based in Boston, MA. I’ve spent years working in both traditional and holistic healthcare settings, and my passion lies in creating space for people to reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their inner wisdom.

I believe in the power of nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and radical self-care to support deep transformation. This work is about coming home to yourself.

GO DEEP

Somatic Yoga + Breathwork for Dancers

GO DEEP is a somatic yoga and breathwork offering created specifically for pole dancers and movement artists.

This work goes beyond flexibility and shapes. Through intentional movement, breath awareness, and nervous system–informed practices, GO DEEP supports dancers in developing grounded presence, fluid transitions, embodied strength, and confidence in expression.

Whether you’re new to pole or a seasoned performer, this series offers a supportive space to explore your movement with curiosity rather than force — helping you feel more connected, controlled, and alive in your body.

This is about inhabiting your movement fully.
Not performing harder — but moving deeper.

All levels welcome.

Areas of Sensitivity

Sometimes it’s hard to sit still — especially with ourselves! It can be even harder to do the work that allows us to support our subconscious systems, which often prevents us from operating at our full potential.

It is common for trauma survivors to experience disassociation from the body, but somatic work helps rebuild the relationship and trust one has in herself.
