As a practicing Registered Nurse, I’ve witnessed firsthand how chronic stress, illness, and the demands of everyday life affect both the body and nervous system.

That experience showed me that lasting wellbeing extends beyond treating symptoms alone.

Today, my work bridges the clinical understanding of health with the restorative practices of yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. Together, these practices help you reconnect with your body, build resilience, and respond to life’s challenges with greater awareness.

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, or a season of change, you’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and choice. There’s no pressure to perform or push through.

The body is constantly communicating with us. Stress, emotions, and life experiences don’t just live in our minds—they’re reflected in how we breathe, move, and respond to the world around us.
